Ageing Wisely

Ageing Wisely Online is an online psychological treatment program for managing depression and anxiety using cognitive behaviour therapy. The Ageing Wisely program was developed at Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia) and has more than 15 years of research supporting it. This program is specifically designed for older adults (aged 65 years and older) to help them learn skills to manage worry, anxiety, low mood or depression. The program includes 10 modules with instructional videos, interactive activities and examples about how to apply the skills.
